To audition for ABT Studio Company, you must be between the ages
of 16-19 years old and have reached an advanced level of ballet
training. Space in ABT Studio Company is extremely limited.

Dancers attending an open audition, should bring with them a current
resume/ curriculum vitae (including height and date of birth), photograph
in first arabesque and headshot. The audition will include technique,
partnering and ABT repertory.

| Dress Code for Open Auditions |
| Girls: |
full-length pink tights and black leotards with ballet slippers
and pointe shoes

| Boys: |
white t-shirt or leotard, full-length black tights and ballet
slippers.

| No legwarmers, skirts, or loose fitting
clothing. |
If you are unable to attend one of the above open auditions, you
can submit a video audition. Video (ten minutes maximum) should
include work at the barre and in the center consisting of adagio,
petit allegro, and grand allegro. Women: please include a pirouette
combination en pointe with both en dehors and endedans turns. Men:
please include a combination with tours en l’air. A classical
variation may also be included.
Video applications are accepted year-round. Please mail DVD, resume/curriculum
